Our top 7 reasons to try surfing this summer

If you haven’t tried surfing yet, there are many compelling reasons why you should. When you finally try it, you might even catch the surfing bug and continue to progress in the sport. Read the reasons below, and you’ll be compelled to surf.

1. Surfing is Great Exercise!

When you’re out on the waves surfing, you’ll use every body part. You might even discover muscles that you didn’t even know existed. You’ll benefit from surfing by gaining muscle tone and strength. In addition to these advantages, surfing is an aerobic activity that will allow you to exercise your heart and lungs. Surfing is so fun that it doesn’t feel like exercise.
